Embrace where you are on your healing journey and cultivate new ways to process the many stories in your life.

Join us in creating a group that provides a safe space for women to support, laugh and cry with one another while healing together. In this group you will learn about how and why your past experiences impact your present and future experiences. And through the development of skills, education from research, and experiential work with group members, you will learn how to reclaim your power in your life and embrace your voice.

This group includes:

  • Education on the brain and body connection

  • Learning about healthy attachment and the impacts of attachment 

  • Exploring why our childhood and the past continues to play a role in the present

  • Skills related to regulating your nervous system

  • The development of healthy boundaries and communication strategies

  • Experiential activities to supplement the education

  • Experiencing how play and fun can help you heal your inner child

- Educational materials
- Skills building
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Delectable Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)
- Some brief Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Who will benefit from this group?

This is an ideal group for women who struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety or panic. This may also be a great opportunity for someone who wants to start therapy, but is not sure about individual therapy or already has an individual therapist. Benefits may include normalizing mental health related issues, supporting and being supported by others by providing a sense of community, skills building and self awareness to help you to know when to use skills. This group is designed for people who identify as female and are 18 years or older.

General Information

$85.00 per session*
$300.00 deposit to secure a spot & payments of $25.00 to be made per session.

This group is not intended to replace individual therapy. This group is not suited for those who are actively suicidal. This group is not able to be billed by insurance.
