For Teen Girls

Open Enrollment has begun!

“Rein in Emotions” is an animal assisted psychotherapy workshop group for middle school and high school girls who would benefit from learning about emotions and ways to regulate them alongside their peers.

Engagement with horses and other farm animals will promote heightened self awareness and mindfulness.

Each group session includes:

  • New skills to help with self regulation

  • Education on a specific area related to emotions and stressors

  • Tangible item to be include in a take-home Self Care Pack

  • Access to the outdoors and animals
