What is Individual Therapy?

Individual counseling provides an opportunity for a person to have the space to process, explore and grow in a private setting. Each therapist tailors therapy to meet the individual’s needs and goals.

What does Individual Therapy look like? 

Individual therapy is the most common type of therapy. It can be as simple as sitting on a sofa, playing in a playroom, or going on a walk. Based on your counseling goals and situation, your therapist will decide what they believe  will be beneficial for you, and offer that therapy to you. It is always your choice, but know there are many options in types  therapies.
