I believe that therapy is first and foremost about the connection you have with your therapist. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and welcomed. Building trust is the foundation of the work we do together, and I view our relationship as the key to meaningful healing. I want to help you hold space for acceptance of your current self, while also broadening your capacity for growth and change.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering both individual counseling and parent counseling. I will meet you where you are and provide support that is tailored to your unique needs.

In my work, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to you or your family’s needs. With kids, I often bring in art, games, and play to make sessions engaging and to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural. I work with people facing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and autism, and together we find ways to handle life’s stressors, build confidence, improve communication, and set healthy boundaries. I also support parents who may be feeling overwhelmed, offering guidance for managing concerns such as impulsivity, emotional ups and downs, and anxiety or avoidance behaviors. My goal is to give you a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

I draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches to support meaningful growth, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. Using these tools, I adapt treatment to fit your unique needs and goals.

I earned my Master of Science in Counselor Education from East Carolina University, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA).
