Brother’s in Balance

An Anger-Management Workshop for Men

*Now Enrolling*

Rugged rocks balanced in a tall stack

Anger itself isn’t the problem- it’s a signal, often pointing to something deeper: hurt, fear, stress, or a sense of injustice.

If you find yourself struggling with recurring anger or frustration, you’re not alone. Anger is a normal emotion, but when it starts to feel overwhelming, unpredictable, or begins to impact your relationships, it may be time for support.

This workshop offers a safe, judgment-free environment to uncover what’s beneath your anger, learn practical tools, and build healthier ways to respond. Through guided conversations, evidence-based strategies, and the support of a group of men with similar experiences, you’ll gain clarity, control, and confidence in managing strong emotions.
