What we instill in our children will be the foundation upon which they build their future. — Steve Maraboli

Imagine a space where your child is free to wonder, feel, and heal…exactly as they are. I am deeply passionate about supporting children and their families through both the tender and tough seasons of life. I believe every child deserves to feel known, supported, and encouraged, not only in moments of ease but especially in times of struggle. Childhood is a magical and foundational time, and it is my joy to help children rediscover their sense of safety and inner strength.

With dual master’s degrees in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring a whole-child perspective to everything I do. My therapeutic approach is both play-based and purposeful, rooted in evidence-based practices such as Child-Centered Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Integrating approaches allows me to support children mentally, emotionally, developmentally, and socially.

I have found it beneficial to use a wide range of creative mediums such as art, music, storytelling, role play, and therapeutic games. Whether we are painting feelings, drumming out frustration, acting out social stories, or building with blocks while talking through worries, each activity is thoughtfully chosen to help children process their experiencesbuild emotional language, and strengthen self-awareness and regulation, all while feeling safe and engaged. I believe that play is the language of children, and through these imaginative avenues, growth becomes not only possible but enjoyable.

I specialize in working with children ages 2 and up and enjoy partnering with families on navigating school-related difficulties, neurodiversity, emotion regulation, and life transitions. I also believe strongly in the power of collaboration between therapist, caregiver, and educator. This collaboration helps build a strong support network around each child. Building bridges between home and school is often a key part of a child’s growth journey.

Above all, I believe every child has the capacity not just to grow but experience meaningful transformation. In our work together, your child will have a safe space to explore, express themselves, and strengthen skills. My goal is to nurture resilience, build a deeper sense of self, and strengthen the connections between your child and the people who matter most.

It’s an honor to walk alongside families as children grow into their most confident, connected, and courageous selves. I look forward to beginning this journey with you!
